أصدر مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية برئاسة الدكتور إسلام عزام، قرارًا بمد مهلة تقديم تقارير “البصمة الكربونية” من الشركات العاملة في مجال الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية التي يزيد رأسمالها المصدر أو حقوق ملكيتها على 100 مليون جنيه، إلى نهاية العام الحالي 2026، بدلًا من 30 يونيو الجاري.
وقال الدكتور إسلام عزام إن القرار يأتي تيسيراً على الشركات المخاطبة بتقديم تقارير “البصمة الكربونية” على ضوء الحوار المجتمعي الذي أجرته الهيئة مع القطاعات المختلفة، وذلك في إطار حرصها المستمر على توفير بيئة عمل مواتية تمكّن الشركات من النمو والتطور، عبر إصدار قرارات تواكب المتغيرات المختلفة.
تقديم تقارير البصمة الكربونية
ويحمل القرار رقم (113) لسنة 2026 وينص على مد المهلة المنصوص عليها في المادة الأولى من القرار رقم (36) لسنة 2026 بشأن إلزام تلك الشركات بالإفصاح عن انبعاثاتها الكربونية وتعويضها بتقديم تقارير البصمة الكربونية (Carbon Footprint Report) لتكون حتى 31 ديسمبر 2026 بدلاً من 30 يونيو 2026.
ويجب على الشركات الملزمة إعداد تقارير “البصمة الكربونية” تشمل النطاقين الأول والثاني (Scope 1 & 2)، كما تلتزم بضرورة التحقق من صحة البيانات الواردة بالتقارير من قبل إحدى جهات المصادقة المقيدة لدى الهيئة.
يُذكر أن الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية تمضي قدماً نحو تحديث الإطار التنظيمي للأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية بما يوازن بين تنشيط الأسواق وتحقيق الشركات لمستهدفاتها المالية والتشغيلية وتعظيم إسهام القطاع في نمو الاقتصاد الوطني، مع التركيز الكامل على الاستقرار المالي للأسواق وسلامة التعاملات وتوازن حقوق جميع الأطراف المتعاملة، وإصدار القواعد التي تضمن كفاءة الأسواق وشفافيتها.
