تحالف استراتيجي يجمع الخبرة العالمية في الضيافة مع القدرات المصرية في التطوير العقاري لتأسيس منصة استثمارية طويلة الأجل تدعم مستقبل الاستثمار الدولي و السياحة المصرية
أعلنت The First Group، المجموعة الدولية الرائدة في تطوير وإدارة وتشغيل مشاريع الضيافة ومقرها دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وPulse Developments، الشركة المصرية المتخصصة في تطوير الوجهات السياحية ، عن توقيع شراكة استراتيجية طويلة الأجل لتأسيس منصة متكاملة لتطوير وتشغيل وتسويق مشاريع الضيافة في جمهورية مصر العربية تحت علامات فندقية عالمية.
ويعكس هذا التحالف الثقة المتزايدة في الاقتصاد المصري، وما يشهده قطاع السياحة من نمو متسارع، إلى جانب ما تمتلكه مصر من مقومات استثنائية تجعلها واحدة من أكثر الأسواق جذبًا للاستثمارات السياحية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وتهدف الشراكة إلى تطوير مشاريع فندقية متكاملة تعتمد على أعلى المعايير العالمية في التصميم والتطوير والتشغيل وإدارة الأصول وتجربة الضيوف، بما يواكب رؤية الدولة المصرية لتعزيز تنافسية القطاع السياحي، وزيادة الطاقة الفندقية، واستقطاب المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، ستتولى The First Group مسؤولية إدارة وتشغيل الفنادق، وتطوير العلامات الفندقية، وقيادة منظومة المبيعات والتسويق الدولية، وإدارة تجربة العملاء، مستفيدة من خبرتها الممتدة لأكثر من عشرين عامًا، ومن شبكتها العالمية الواسعة من المستثمرين والعملاء وشركاء التوزيع.
وفي المقابل، ستتولى Pulse Developments مسؤولية تطوير المشاريع، والاستحواذ على الأراضي، وإدارة عمليات التصميم والإنشاء والتنفيذ، والتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية، اعتمادًا على خبرتها بالسوق المصري وقدرتها على تنفيذ مشاريع سياحية و فندقية وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية.
وتستهدف الشراكة تأسيس منصة استثمارية مستدامة لإطلاق سلسلة من مشاريع الضيافة في مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية، مع التركيز على الوجهات السياحية الواعدة، بما يحقق قيمة مضافة للمستثمرين، ويسهم في الارتقاء بجودة المنتج السياحي المصري.
